Nuclear Medicine Feedback

In our practice, the patient’s interests come first. Resident education and other academic activities are very important, but not at the cost of patient care. We work hard to provide the best possible services in all areas of clinical nuclear medicine. We feel research and teaching are the ways to stay at the cutting edge of medicine for ultimate benefit of our patients and trainees.

We encourage and appreciate feedback from our patients. This gives us an opportunity to improve our services, where needed or an impetus to keep doing what our patients like. The feedback may send to the division chief by regular mail or E-mail.

Here are some of compliments and feedback received from our patients.

“In my experience with nuclear medicine department at the university hospital, I found the staff to be exceptional. From reception to Dr. Singh, I received compassionate, courteous and professional care. The experience was such a stark contrast to a previous encounter with another department that it restored my ability to trust some people with my care” (A note from one our patients dated December 20th, 2004)

“Thanks you for the excellent care provided by you (Dr. Singh) and your staff. I especially appreciate your genuine concern for me in going ahead with my treatment in a timely manner” (A note from one our patients dated January 8th 2001)

“Thank you and your staff for your expertise, kindness and consideration during my recent testing in your department” (A note from one our patients dated January 7th 2001)
